I love working at The Knot! It's great that we have a sense of culture and community even though we are mostly remote. I think that is tough to cultivate authentically, and The Knot does a great job!!

The unlimited PTO is great! It's really nice that our managers encourage us to use PTO, and I really appreciate that a healthy work-life balance is promoted.

Everyone is very welcoming and kind! You can really tell that your coworkers care about you as a person, which speaks volumes to how great the company culture is.

They dream big, providing clear goals for the company, while still caring about you on an individual level and appreciating the work you do to contribute to the larger goals.

I love how everyone on the team truly cares for one another! We support each other professionally and personally, and we take the time to check in on one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping our couples and guests and interacting with them! I love moments where I can say "what I do matters." It's nice to make a positive impact when helping someone with such an important milestone in their life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team! Everyone is so kind, and we really care about one another as people. I look forward to talking with them via slack and google meetings, and I am also looking forward to hopefully meeting them all in person one day!
