It's early still to say something but the goals are clear, the tech stack as well as there is plenty of doc for process and in terms of organization and onboarding it's easy and clear to understand. Will see how it unfolds in the future but happy so far with the team and manager :)

Our regular/recurring "all hands" meetings are consistently scheduled and very transparent. We are kept informed of larger initiatives and the state of the company. Employees are treated like "real people" throughout all levels of leadership.

They need to act on feedback and move quickly on personnel issues when there are problems that drive down morale or are increasing departures due to bad managers. There's a lack of cooperation across different teams and an increasing adversarial nature to interactions that seems to be more frequent.

The company hasn't figured out how to level the playing field among employees that were hired at different market conditions. More concerning is the utterly undefined and random "bonus" program for eligible employees (eligibility also random), which doesnt scale with salary and is frozen in time

My current compensation is average to low for the city I live in, the job I perform and the experience I have. I know the company line is that we are compensated fairly but through applying to other places I can tell my salary is not very competitive with the rest of the industry

Salary review is complete behind closed doors. Minimum salary incease for a very high rating provides a poor long term vision for me at the company as well as for long term employee retention. Also no stock for eu employees, or perhaps its just me.

Very broad question - rethink how to get people to pay for services they can get for free in the internet, figure out how to add value. Make true self-service a thing. Solve or at least mitigate churn. Price hikes are not sustainable for growing revenue.
