This is the best company I've ever worked for. The work is interesting and challenging; the industry we are in is exciting and impactful. The day-to-day culture is very positive and everyone I've worked with is very professional, no drama, highly competent, and motivated.

Transparent and invested in the mission of the company. Our leadership team members embody our core values.

Comradery, ownership of our space within our team, meetings are minimized, no "top-down" approach to how we work or solve problems.
What makes you most happy at work?
Fun team members, relaxed yet hard-working environment, collaborative atmosphere, company is constantly pushing and striving toward growth and improved user experiences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our regular/recurring "all hands" meetings are consistently scheduled and very transparent. We are kept informed of larger initiatives and the state of the company. Employees are treated like "real people" throughout all levels of leadership.

This company truly cares about its people. It feels like we are all "in this together" - that everyone is constantly learning and striving to achieve our goals. There is a sense of learning together, not a "you needed to know how to do this already". The culture is professional, fun, and kind.

My team is very close-knit. We are part of a broader team, which is itself part of a broader team. My core (every day) team has autonomy over how we work and we influence what we work on. Our culture fosters relationships where we can provide feedback, challenge each other, and learn from each other
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a very fun and competent team to work with. We are very professional and also use a lot of emoji. :) I love having autonomy to work the way I work best and the freedom to work with my team to keep our processes and standards up to date and change them as needed. No drama, just get stuff done.
