Our leadership team is the most intelligent and humble group of human beings I have had the privilege of working along side. They show a genuine love for the company, our couples & guests, our vendors, and most importantly, the people of TKWW!

Communicating down, there always seems to be details that appear to be known to the leadership team but have never been communicated down.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not only do I receive fair compensation, I also have great benefits such as unlimited paid time off and an excellent, affordable health care package.

I like that we have an HSA and FSA. The 401K matching isn't great - it boils down to just 1%. Medical care is expensive and the deductibles are high. I'd love too see some benefits for remote workers too, when Covid is over and not everyone is remote again.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very practical. Many technical interviews have you solve some silly algorithm that you'll never need to know how to do again. For TK it was pair programming with an engineer on a small project that displayed knowledge you would absolutely need to work here.
