What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are genuine, authentic and in my opinion they show they care about us as employees. They provide timely, accessible communication. They listen to our feedback and take action to keep us content wherever possible.

They are present... they are here and available - they're not just at the penthouse of some corporate office signing papers... they're involved and they care about what's going on 'on the ground' for us, as well as about us.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm fully in control... there's a base - which isn't huge... but provided you work... the commission is uncapped, and the bonus structure is phenomenal.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the level of work I produce, I feel that the 1-3% increases in compensation do not match the output on my end.

The pay structure (at least in the sales category) revolves around hustling and grinding to make money. If you are driven and willing to put in activity, this role is great. The 401k match and health insurance aren't fabulous.

Especially during the work from home days, I have appreciated the bubbly, funny personalities that add a touch of lightness and fun to my day.

How much they care - and I don't just say that... anyone on the management team is available... I could LITERALLY email Tim Chi if I wanted to, and he would be available to listen.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was virtual LOL. I didn't have to wear real pants. =) That said, it was very positive... and reflective of what the job would actually be like.
