I absolutely adore working at TKWW... I come from a different type of sales background, and have never done this before - I wasn't quite sure why they gave me a chance, but I'm SO glad they did.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The Knot Worldwide has been a phenomenal company to work for over the last year and a half... I'm able to create my own schedule for the most part-as long as I do what I should be doing - there is flexibility, and there are wonderful people all around me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure... IT IS AMAZING!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed getting to 'test' out the job by reading a script.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work live balance is top tier here. TKWW is 'woke' and I love it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting the sales, the more sales you get, the more pumped you are to get more...
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is friendly, and fun. We have a good time, and work when it's time to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm fully in control... there's a base - which isn't huge... but provided you work... the commission is uncapped, and the bonus structure is phenomenal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the best team at the company... so, everything LOL. They have become my friends-I look forward to working with them and talking to them daily.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Freedom to live life as needed, as long as your work is done and you've been an adult that day/week - you've got the utmost freedoms. There is no micromanaging.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was virtual LOL. I didn't have to wear real pants. =) That said, it was very positive... and reflective of what the job would actually be like.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How much they care - and I don't just say that... anyone on the management team is available... I could LITERALLY email Tim Chi if I wanted to, and he would be available to listen.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to talk to people throughout the day... I also love that I can work faster some days and be done sooner... I completely control my schedule as long as I'm doing what is expected of me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are present... they are here and available - they're not just at the penthouse of some corporate office signing papers... they're involved and they care about what's going on 'on the ground' for us, as well as about us.
