Setting reasonable work loads, treating the employees as people (not KPIs), and understanding that productivity cannot look the same every day (and that not everything can be a priority).

equitable pay + total rewards across the board. TKWW employees are paid far below market rate with subpar benefits. Some teams are able to pull off insane bonuses and pay increases for their employees while others struggle to even get proper headcount.

Highering has strongly gone down hill, leadership is extremely disconnected to their employees, and they aren't bothering to do anything to keep the good employees that made this company great.

Transparency and follow through in the Galway office. Yesterday we were told that they have received reports of people being overwhelmed with work and to flag it with management if that's the case. Today we are being told to do work that hasn't even been added to our priorities list.

Manage expectations when it comes to productivity. Many of us are burned out from being expected to perform at an unsustainable level with no sign of progression in our roles or raise in compensation, particularly throughout the duration of COVID19. Mindfulness seminars only go so far.

Ever since the merger, there has been culture shift. The legacy WW culture was one of teamwork and communication, whereas the legacy TK culture is very competitive and cutthroat. Over the past few years, I've seen the competitive culture take over and it's disappointing.

A shift to make culture focus more equitable now that most of the workforce is operating remotely and with a leaner teams. There is no longer time to attend a guided meditation, instead pay WFH stipends and observe more holidays so people are FORCED to disconnect.

I need structure! There is a huge lack of structure in terms of knowing who does what (the organizational chart is impossible to use) and our team struggles to reach all deadlines for B2B. We need more talent on our team but there is a hiring freeze.

If employees' time was valued more and there was an attempt to understand that productivity looks different person-to-person, day-to-day. There are often large, expensive events throughout the year, but raises are rarely more than 4%, and employees not in sales don't receive bonuses. Pay raises help
