I work way more hours than im compensated for. Skillset is not valued and I am paid the same entry-level employees with less qualifications. Overtime is regulated and is often paid out in "comp hours" at base rate

My overall experience is that TNC hires people and then doesn't manage them. Staff can be absolutely terrible (one is being sued by the IRS and neighbors but leadership doesn't seem to care) without any internal remediation.

I have worked for TNC for nearly 30 years. It has changed its focus- growing from local to global- while still keeping conserving nature for both people and nature's sake as its prime target.
