Customer Service...better explanation of what it means to purchase a suit. I was measured for Suit and sleeves on jacket were 2.5 inches too long. Suit shipped without tailoring even though I went to store in Chicago to be measured. Now I have to go to tailor spend more money out of pocket.

They provide 100% employee coverage for both health and dental benefits . The vision insurance is about $2. They also provide 401K and weekly lunches :)

How's the vacation policy at The Black Tux?
Open PTO for salaried employees. Basically, as long as your manager is fine with you taking off, you can take off. This is easy to do if you are killing it.
