TracFone Wireless – Customer Care system is absolutely useless. I have an unsolved problem for almost 2 months. Getting no support from Customer Care. I am either given faulty information, or in a lot of cases hung up on. I ran a IT support department for over 20 years and never have I dealt with a worse system.
