Generally good. As a female in a male-dominated industry, I did experience the occasional sexism.
I love my job and i get a lot out of my work.
There are cliques in any business at any level; Turner seems to be no different. My first project was with a management team that didn't fit me well. Since I have been on many projects and moved away from the new guy persona, I would gladly work with that crew or any other.
