What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that they put employee and safety over everything. They dont just care about the employee they care about there family also. Working for Turner has been a pleasure.

The office team and field team are different environments. The leadership remains very interested and in contact with the field work. They are interested in developing the talent they have.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being Transparent, and making you feel like a valued member
More attentive to employees needs.
Identifying employee strengths and using those strengths at appropriate times; hiring people with the right skill sets for each job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401 k and full coverage insurance
Union pension and wages are the best. But the company doesn't always follow the rules or there contract agreement with union carpenters. It feels like an unfair place to work right now due to the managent in the Kansas city area. Located in Olathe
Good base salary and benefits
Pay, Healthcare, support, generosity, well designed
The pay was competitive for my experience and degree.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My boss treats me like I'm new, even though I have been with the company for 7 years, isn't transparent in department goals and does not foster a healthy team environment. I am paid below average for my position.
More money. HR department is awful to deal with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How everyone is there for each other.
Our team looks for fresh and new ideas.
They are friendly most of the time
Hasrd working but underpaid for their efforts.
The teams all work well together. The positions are well defined and work efficiently, for the most part.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be present - not just physically but mentally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is always making sure the employee is safe and happy.
Whats most postiive about the culture is the open dialogue and transparency.
Generally open to innovation and emphasizes safety

Make it LESS professional and more honest.
What makes you most happy at work?
Good Foreman and coworkers but not many there. Alot of workers are scared of Marion the Manger in the office because of what he can do and get fired for just not liking you. No second chances at the conpany.
To do my job and see the finished product.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Over paid executives with some having achieved their positions through dubious methods.
