Jeffrey W. Farrar began his career in public accounting with BDO Seidman and has more than 20 years of direct experience in banking. He served for 18 years as CFO for StellarOne Corporation and its predecessor companies and as Director of Wealth Management, Mortgage and Insurance for Union Bankshares Corporation for the past 3 years. Mr. Farrar earned his B.S. in accounting from Virginia Tech, his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. John H. Steel serves as Corporate Secretary of Union Bank, Inc. Mr. Steel has been Corporate Secretary of Union Bankshares, Inc. since October 6, 2010. Mr. Steel is a Owner, President and Treasurer of Steel Construction Inc. Mr. Steel serves as a Director of Union Bank, Inc. since 2002 He has been a Director at Union Bankshares, Inc. since 2002. He has been a leader in many educational and civic organizations in Stowe, including service on the Copley Hospital executive committee and the Copley Woodlands board where he serves as Chair and Treasurer. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Mr. Robert M. Gorman, also known as Rob, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Union Bankshares Corporation since joining the Company in July 2012; Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Support Services in 2011, and Senior Vice President and Strategic Financial Officer of SunTrust Banks, Inc., from 2002 to 2011; serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company's affiliate, Old Dominion Capital Management, Inc.

Mr. William P. Cimino, also known as Bill, serves as Director of Investor Relations and Vice President of Union Bank & Trust and served as its Director of Corporate Communications. Mr. Cimino has been a Vice President and Director of Corporate Communications at Union First Market Bankshares Corp. since October 2010. Mr. Cimino had been with Core Consulting. He graduated from Virginia Tech.

Ms. Rachael R. Lape has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Union First Market Bankshares Corporation since September 2012. Ms. Lape served as a Vice President and Associate counsel of Union First Market Bankshares Corporation since October 2010. She was with Williams Mullen. She holds her undergraduate degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her law degree from the University of Virginia.

Ms. Karyn J. Hale has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Union Bankshares, Inc. since April 1, 2014 and also serves as its Vice President. Ms. Hale responsibilities include oversight of accounting, internal controls, treasury, taxation, regulatory reporting, asset/liability management, shareholder relations and serving on the senior management team. She has been Treasurer of Union Bank since April 1, 2014. She has been the Chief Financial Officer of Union Bank, a subsidiary of Union Bankshares, Inc. since April 1, 2014 and has been its Senior Vice President since May 21, 2014. Ms. Hale served as the Vice President of Finance at Union Bank until April 1, 2014. Ms. Hale served as an Assistant Treasurer of Union Bank. Prior to joining the Company and Union, Ms. Hale worked in public accounting with A. M. Peisch & Company for twelve years. She graduated from St. Michael's College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Her membership affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Vermont Society of CPAs and the Financial Managers Society.

Mr. Stephen H. Kendall serves as a Senior Vice President of Personal Lending at Union Bank, Inc. Mr. Kendell serves as a Senior Vice President of Union Bank of Union Bankshares, Inc. and also served as its Vice President of Union Bank. Mr. Kendall served as an Assistant Vice President of Union Bank of Union Bankshares, Inc.

Mr. Jeffrey G. Coslett, known as Jeff, has been Vice President at Union Bankshares, Inc. since May 15, 2013.
