We paid $4K for a "non refundable" apt in Tel Aviv. When the govt shut down travel into the country there was NOTHING we could do yet the host REFUSED to refund or even give us a credit to use at a later date then ttly "ghosted" us. VRBO didnt help/offer any support at all & said we were on our own
