I feel frustrated constantly by weird patterns, the page will gives me an 'error' without the option to do it correctly first, I constantly get disconnected from the care chatbot by just moving pages. This is the worst place to work. No advancement. They dont care about the employees. The pay is terrible. How is the CEO getting paid millions of dollars and the employees 10 and hr. All companies are the same

Fire all of their customer service reps. Highly trained in lying and poor quality of work!
