A lot of back stabbing and constantly looking out for your back as everything is escalated to management that have weekly discussion. You can't get anything done without escalation.

E-commerce team is in a downward free fall for the last 18 months. So many people have left I can't remember. Really bad leadership and layoff decisions through the merger with Anixter. All the good people have left so it's all the leftovers plus brand new hires. Not a good mix
