C&W Services has been the most exiting job i had, they train the all tech's that meet their criteria, training could even be out of state at the equipment manufacturing headquarters with the equipment the tech's will be working on. So i at least appreciate this company and the hard work they've put

Leadership needs a complete overhaul. They need acquire competent leaders in HR BP , Regional managers and Area managers.

paid weekly. Union wages and No union.

the 401k savings plan company match

I feel undervalued when management pencil whips year end reviews and compensation raises at best was a dollar raise.

No benefits for full timers

co workers usually stick together but all together the culture is very back stabby

WE Get Along well with each other

they are present for there shifts

Really good at keeping people motivated and acting like they care. However in reality you know they could care less

the surrounding store associates and most customers

genuinely caring about employee growth and advancement with the company. the company must invest in the employees through training and compensation.

management lies to operations constantly and leaves Techs to mend relations

Supplies. We're a cleaning company and I never seem to have my supplies on a daily basis.

we are a contracted work sight and every time either one of the companies get financial bind they cut hours and disrupt employee moral and sometimes we lose good people
