What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great regional manager best I've worked for
I dont have to see them everyday
one of the best i have had.
There isn't any, I deal with the lead person

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs a complete overhaul. They need acquire competent leaders in HR BP , Regional managers and Area managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Holidays and pto and annual raises
paid weekly. Union wages and No union.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued when management pencil whips year end reviews and compensation raises at best was a dollar raise.

co workers usually stick together but all together the culture is very back stabby
WE Get Along well with each other

Communication at our meetings when we have them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teamwork and effort we put in everyday
Really good at keeping people motivated and acting like they care. However in reality you know they could care less
the surrounding store associates and most customers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
genuinely caring about employee growth and advancement with the company. the company must invest in the employees through training and compensation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
management lies to operations constantly and leaves Techs to mend relations
Supplies. We're a cleaning company and I never seem to have my supplies on a daily basis.
we are a contracted work sight and every time either one of the companies get financial bind they cut hours and disrupt employee moral and sometimes we lose good people
