C&W Services has been the most exiting job i had, they train the all tech's that meet their criteria, training could even be out of state at the equipment manufacturing headquarters with the equipment the tech's will be working on. So i at least appreciate this company and the hard work they've put

Not at all acceptable. I work in Beech Island, SC. And while there should be a fleet of janitors on any shift(Office Building/Warehouse), on my shift I am the only one on my assignment. Cleaning the factory length hallway and office cubicles. Or at least expected to.
