not enough training. thrown into the fire and spoken to about things i do wrong but never got explained how to do it correctly in the first place, or shown once and expected to know what to do 6 months later when that one thing comes up again...

In the 3yrs with the company I've seen nothing but attempts to grow the business and streamline processes needed to support future growth.

It has been the easiest job transition I ever had. I find myself "at home" and sincerely hope that I can stay for a long time. This is the type of position I need at this juncture of my professional career and life. I respect everything that management is doing, and I want to help them succeed.

I am appreciative of the team I work with. As noted, my work is appreciated and welcomed. Even my concerns are acknowledged. The work environment is pleasant and non toxic.

They seem to be always structuring initiatives to expand the business, they approve and support our initiatives to strengthen our IT Infrastructure and security posture and care about providing us employees with great benefits and occasional gifts and some perks that we all appreciate.

They especially the leaders at branches need to be educated to hire/retain/promote bilinguals for the growth of the company. It is pathetic to see BM, OM, AO trying to avoid non Korean customers as they are not able to communicate and capable of understanding their needs.

It seems that they are only making demands rather than taking care of their employees. There is also a lack of compensation for employees who do a good job.

I like insurance and 401K.

The pay, benefits, insurance coverage and bonuses.

How it is structured, providing fair wages for the times we are living, giving employees a portion of the bonus at the end of the year (helps a lot), above average medical and insurance coverages packages that would cover us during extreme life events, not raising the cost of benefits to employees

Health benefits here are excellent.

My share for health care benefits is low.

i can make $20/hr flipping a burger at mcdonalds yet i make $17.50 handling millions of dollars in transactions . . .

I feel that my hourly wage is unfair. The inflation has gone up dramatically but my salary stays the same. The CEO makes so much money annually while everyone else get laid off or doesn't. People who haven't been laid off have to take the workload with no change in pay but more work.Extremely unfair

Compensation at the bank is not competitive.

High compensation or better benefits or perks.

The percentage of deferred bonus is high and the vesting period for businesses is conservative and, when someone retires, they should not have to forfeit unpaid but earned bonuses.

We have good teamwork and take care of each other.

The cohesiveness of the team is the best attribute.

Everyone is caring and understanding of one another. They are easy to get along with and I feel comfortable sharing my feelings regarding work and personal life. We all take care of each other, and they feel like family.

Wonderful individuals that helped me learn internal processes upon joining and are always willing to help and provide guidance.

Stop complaining and start communicating with managers.

There is too much to explain in such a short frame.

First, communication and being able to listen/understand others' questions/feedback. Empathy, effor to understand where the other person may be coming from and most importantly being considerate of non-English speaking teammates during important meetings/emails/etc.

Certain persons could develop better work ethic and learn to control their temper and prevent their mood swings from affecting their attitude and productivity at work.

Need to have more active collaboration between Lending, retail deposits and TMS. One party should never be superior to the others!@

My work is appreciated. Coworkers within my team are fun to work with.

Higher pay. Promotions. I feel like I am way underpaid. I do more work than my job description. I picked up more workload from laid off coworkers with no raise. There are rarely any promotions. Fast food workers are getting paid way more than I do as a banker. More work, stress but with low pay!!!!

Each department works for their own goal and there is no team work among departments.

We are short staffed for a year. We still cannot hire anyone. Need coworkers at the branch.

Please educate the leaders at branches that they are responsible for writing their own emails.

Nothing special to look forward to. Very standard.
