What does the leadership team need to get better at?

open and clear communication, regular town hall meetings which helps me to understand the department goals and what is anticipated in near future.

They especially the leaders at branches need to be educated to hire/retain/promote bilinguals for the growth of the company. It is pathetic to see BM, OM, AO trying to avoid non Korean customers as they are not able to communicate and capable of understanding their needs.
