I liked being asked work questions but also questions that were more about my personality, what I'm looking for culture-wise, what excites me about marketing, SEO, technology, and where I see myself in the future.

Compensation wise it's a great place to get started and to learn a lot if it's your first job in marketing. But pay wise it's on the lower end of most marketing and SEO companies for mid and upper level marketing experience persons.

Knowing that I'm not going to be micromanaged. That I'm trusted to do my work. To do good work. And to take time that I need to manage my life and outside activities. They are VERY good about allowing you to have time for family, school, etc. And work around your schedule.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
If something gets missed or doesn't get completed by the deadlines they understand and want to work with you to get it completed but they aren't making you feel stressed about the extra time it's going to take. They want to understand and see how they can help you get it completed and what you need.
