Big Leap is a great place to work. Not only do they care about me and my ability to get work done, they also encourage me to develop skillsets, progress, and grow. The company culture is unlike any other organization I've been a part of or heard of. Overall, this agency has been amazing to work for.

I love working here. I work in the sales department and love that I am selling a service that I believe in. We don't provide something that can be beneficial, we provide a service that will be successful and the reviews and case studies show that it's not just wishful thinking.

I'd say it has been overall great and I recommend my fellow classmates to work here after graduation. Small enough to get to know everyone, growing enough to feel like you have potential to do some great things.
