What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The most positive thing about Big Leaps culture is how everyone celebrates happy things. Whether it's a client win, a promotion, someone had a baby, it's a birthday, someone wrote an impressive article, etc. Big Leap cares and does all they can to celebrate! It's very special.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation wise it's a great place to get started and to learn a lot if it's your first job in marketing. But pay wise it's on the lower end of most marketing and SEO companies for mid and upper level marketing experience persons.
