    The most positive thing about Big Leaps culture is how everyone celebrates happy things. Whether it's a client win, a promotion, someone had a baby, it's a birthday, someone wrote an impressive article, etc. Big Leap cares and does all they can to celebrate! It's very special.

    Compensation wise it's a great place to get started and to learn a lot if it's your first job in marketing. But pay wise it's on the lower end of most marketing and SEO companies for mid and upper level marketing experience persons.
