I LOVE being at biote. It was destiny really. biote has been in my life almost since biote started at my own FM practice then to here in my favorite city. It uses all of my expertise and I feel that I have something to offer but yet get to keep learning and helping my favorite people the practices.

I love working at biote. I'm challenged every day in a good way. We need more administrative help though in our regions as we have so many different types of tasks to accomplish for corporate and our clients. That's my only real beef. I have leaders that help me grow and they care. I'd love to have

Serving the people at the clinics. Working with all of the staff the MA's, front desk, providers, business owners helping each one of them see their importance, help them achievetheir goals. see their dreams come to fruition and being apart of the process.

He is the best leader/manager/cheerleader/encourager/giving discerning advice/wants to do anything to help me reach the goals I set out for myself/he listens/he strategizes with me on how to get there/if I come with an idea he asks questions and says yes for my practic

The relationships that I have with my practices (office managers, providers, MA's, nurses ) the PEOPLE. Helping the owners define their goals and make the money they want to for their specific goals. I love serving and helping people. I can often have uncomfortable conversaitons about inventory etc
