What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more consistent in recognizing individuals that made a difference. It's a shame to see great talent leave the organization and it's worse to learn that no attempt was made to keep them. Furthermore, it feels not everyone has a voice save for a few individuals w/ close ties to the exec team.
Communication, treat all employees fairly, employees of some departments are treated better than other departments.

Been with the company over 4 years and had 1 raise. I know that others are paid higher than me in my same position. Power BI isnt correct in calculating bonuses. Mileage reimbursement does make a dent on what I spend in gas. Big push for nutras but not paid much. Should be bonus for keeping prac
