Base salary is fair but the commission/bonus structure is not fantastic. Cell phones for the field sales team should be 100% covered and the mileage reimbursement barely covers fuel.

Been with the company over 4 years and had 1 raise. I know that others are paid higher than me in my same position. Power BI isnt correct in calculating bonuses. Mileage reimbursement does make a dent on what I spend in gas. Big push for nutras but not paid much. Should be bonus for keeping prac
