Overall, I feel that I have outgrown the district. There are no opportunities for advancement or fair compensation.

great. I started working when I just had turned 18 in high school and have been here for the past 6 years now. I grew up with this company, my future wife was my co-worker, my future best man at my wedding was my co-worker when I first started.
