I have began to feel completely undervalued here. I am constantly concerned about my role and whether or not we will continue to have jobs here. There is very little communication and I feel the present management team views everyone as dispensable. In fact, they've literally said it.

Unable to answer because the lack of leadership does not facilitate getting to know your team members. You don't want to let your guard down to get to know anyone because of the negativity.

I came to this position highly qualified and have never received a raise nor a salary review. As many roles are being vacated, those employees freely speak on their pay. It's terrible to realize you are grossly underpaid against less qualified employees.

Poor patient care, disrespect of employees, poor to no communication, we are known in the community for our BRANCH DIRECTOR working for our competitor, Visiting Nurse Health System. This is embarrassing! This unethical management team must be replaced in order for this branch to succeed.

Everything. The leadership team truly needs to be replaced because they are not leaders. Leaders do not have group shaming sessions where they openly disrespect team members. Leaders do not speak ill of others in front of team members. Leaders do not hold personal grudges against team members. Etc.
