less corruption, less retaliation, less hire & fire
Mgmt does what they want, when they want. There are no written policies, no handbook, no guidelines. Supervision is laughable. Production is expected from machines that are 40 yrs old.
Wonderful company, great products, great vision, a lot of promise and upward mobility
I HAVE WORK FOR 2 WEEKS AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED A PAY CHECK!!!! I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND!!
