How do I get help with finishing my home a bought a year ago and it be done correctly?

My home was to have an 18 week lead time. Clayton homes is now projecting 5 months past the original lead time date and the forecasted delivery date is not a guarantee. No return calls from Clayton homes. Clayton refuses to cover any of the cost.
