That we know whats happening weeks before we start a new project and that they have tried makeing it a family type atmospere
Big picture thinking towards the future
They are a knowledgable grouo
I like the fact they work together to get things done.
They are a great leadership team who really care about us.
Communication and setting a good example
Treating everyone the same and not having favorites
Being fair to all employees, and not just giving jobs to friends and family, when job postings come available, just because their friends and family, not because their hard workers
Telling the truth, treating people with respect, having integrity
You have to hire people with studies, even for departamental managers.
Well I just receive a weekly check but 401k options that are available to us
Profit sharing allows you to make great money
I like the insurance options we have
Great insurance 401k vacation .. love all of it with exception of how you let hour GM screw your sales people

Ability to earn bonus and profit sharing
Offer raises after evaluations or explanation why we have never received an evaluation or raise.

I do not have the needed help to do the job i was hired to do. When i started it was a three person job. No i am the only one working this job and am told no when i ask for help.
If it was up to market standards
I've gotten a nickel raise every year yes,5 cents 7years in a roll with perfect attendance. Last two years nothing with perfect attendance. That's the tip of the iceberg the manager called me a hot head put me on step 3 for ever so I can't get promoted how would you feel . .
To be treated as person, mostly my manager yells at us and sees me as I was nothing, I am studying my masters degree and she sees me like she was superior just because she has a blue hat. That makes me feel bad because even though I have education I believe we all are the same.
My team generally can figure out how to make things work on our own, and most of us work together to accomplish our goals for the day.
the people in the office were like family
Although I welcome feedback positive as well as negative the overall message is not effective if they don't follow their same rules.
Teamwork and learning are at the forefront.
Great tem working and brainstorming ideas
Follow the code of ethics
Review from Operations Dept
Every employee when asked about an issue or help always says "well that's how we have always done things" even tough it is not in the best interest of the company or customer
Communication could always be better.
Be treated well, that's we all deserve.
I understand that most companies exhibit partial favoritism and sometimes it's simply apart of life.. However, this location has favoritism to an extreme due to personal/family relations between blue hats, D.Ms and team leaders. The bullying so so extreme that is has already ran off so many.

the environment has become progressively more negative
Including all the different people to be heard.
PTO is the best part of the job.
Willingness to listen to all employees
Its not a positive environment
Again, I'm a hard worker Reliable - Professional and have proven it for the last 5 years.
Being competitive financially with the lifestyle changes we have met would be beneficial to productivity. This company has been around for multiple decades and our equipment has not been updated. Safety concerns have gone unheard which creates a dangerous work environment.
More respect from the top to the bottom. Like a pyramid, most companies have the revenue generators at the bottom. But if they ever decide to turn the pyramid upside down and treat the people on the Frontline as the actual revenue generators, they would see tremendous growth.
Review from Sales Dept
The knot they have between them. The plant manager always backs up the unfairness and mistakes his supervisors do.
Review from Product Dept
Just hire prepared people, we don't deserve people who only finished high school yelling at us because they hate their jobs and people.
It's always easy to be honest
The number of leaders I got to speak with before joining the company.
It's just as the same as everywhere else
Its fairly but need improvements
Both of the managers where involved with my interview. I felt like I would matter if I joined the team. I left feeling good about the office and really wanting to be apart of it.
Don't make someone interview 5 times!
Don't go by who they know they only hire friends
Review from Product Dept
I don't believe anything they say

My coworkers and helping my customers
Working with people and helping them get homes
Review from Sales Dept
Making a difference in peoples lives.
The people and enviorment and bosses
I love making people happy, I work in service and I get to welcome all of our homeowners into their homes. I love the excitement when they first walk in and the look on their faces make my job the best in the company.
This seems to be a great product taking shortcuts as well as substitutions for quality is not beneficial to the customer. Clayton Homes as a whole has a history of not correcting home defects some of which are a health and safety concern.
With a high run rate and terrible placement of labor. That equals a poor production of the whole product.
Review from Product Dept
I work in collections. Our customers need to be educated on bill priority, unfortunately, many don't care to be educated.
Leaders refusing to lead with integrity. Hire people who are qualified for the job. Fire people with bad attitudes that care only about advancing their career even at the expense of the company
I have known a lot of people who feels the same as me, and they quit because of that.
