From the top, leadership is very understanding, very helpful, and very compassionate. We don't log time, we don't need permission to go to appointments. We just get held accountable for our actual jobs and responsibilities and that's it.
Positive, nothing. Plant is filthy .nobody cleansup .no leadership the leaders aren't trained to be leaders just be their buddy and you get the position....not me because I'm a hot head they labeled me.....
My coworkers..managers and leads are the negative ones who will make fun of you to your face

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Again, I'm a hard worker Reliable - Professional and have proven it for the last 5 years.
Being competitive financially with the lifestyle changes we have met would be beneficial to productivity. This company has been around for multiple decades and our equipment has not been updated. Safety concerns have gone unheard which creates a dangerous work environment.
More respect from the top to the bottom. Like a pyramid, most companies have the revenue generators at the bottom. But if they ever decide to turn the pyramid upside down and treat the people on the Frontline as the actual revenue generators, they would see tremendous growth.
