Clayton Homes Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team generally can figure out how to make things work on our own, and most of us work together to accomplish our goals for the day.

Although I welcome feedback positive as well as negative the overall message is not effective if they don't follow their same rules.

Teamwork and learning are at the forefront.

Great tem working and brainstorming ideas

We stretch our selves thin to make sure all of our jobs get completed.

Review from Product Dept

My team directly at the facility work well together

Knowledgeable and friendly. We trauma bond.

We all work as a team/family. Everyone seems to care for the others personal lives as well as their work ones.

Work hard and have fun

Open honest communication is the norm

We think a like, similar interest

Review from Admin Dept

Good people looking to advance themselves upon proving their capabilities... unfortunately this is often short-circuited by people in leadership who care more about stepping on people to advance their own career

TRUTH...THE TEAM MEMBERS WERE AWESOME. NOT THE DIRECT MANAGER I WAS UNDER. OVERALL...I LOVED WORKING WITH THEM.

Great attitudes , very skilled, great personalities! Wouldn't want to work with anyone else .

We look out for each other. It is a team atmosphere.

We have a lot of team building exercises and company events that makes us work closely with our team members.

They make it fun to go to work

We get the job done ....

My CoWorkers. We keep each other in a positive mind.

Review from Product Dept

the people in the office were like family

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Follow the code of ethics

Review from Operations Dept

Every employee when asked about an issue or help always says "well that's how we have always done things" even tough it is not in the best interest of the company or customer

Communication could always be better.

Be treated well, that's we all deserve.

I understand that most companies exhibit partial favoritism and sometimes it's simply apart of life.. However, this location has favoritism to an extreme due to personal/family relations between blue hats, D.Ms and team leaders. The bullying so so extreme that is has already ran off so many.

Review from Product Dept

We need to improve the overall pace of my co-workers and we could work together better with more effective communication.
