It's always easy to be honest
The number of leaders I got to speak with before joining the company.
Its fairly but need improvements
Both of the managers where involved with my interview. I felt like I would matter if I joined the team. I left feeling good about the office and really wanting to be apart of it.

Don't make someone interview 5 times!
Don't go by who they know they only hire friends
