Direct manger and leadership team are positive, sharing what I call an open door policy.

Great Team leadership, Great Place to Work

That we know whats happening weeks before we start a new project and that they have tried makeing it a family type atmospere

No support help given to service teams, must make money on service, quality poor, factories dont reimburse at current pay scales

Treating everyone the same and not having favorites

Being fair to all employees, and not just giving jobs to friends and family, when job postings come available, just because their friends and family, not because their hard workers

Telling the truth, treating people with respect, having integrity

You have to hire people with studies, even for departamental managers.

Manages only look out for themselves.. If you get hurt a Clayton homes they cut your pay and don't care about you .. They say it's Claytons law ..
