It has been steadily going downhill over past 6 months

Up until recently I really enjoyed my position but with new milage reimbursement I am finding myself rethinking visits that I am making in order to maximize my reimbursement. I would rather think about the patient that I am helping

The prescription approval process and nursing arrangement department.
