The HR team has so many positive campaigns/activities happening all the time. We work hard, but they also make sure we play hard .

Especially now after the acquisition, I feel like they are paying much more attention to our needs. Understanding where we land in all of it.

The compensation package is great, with all of the basics like medical/dental/vision, but also really cool ones like parking $, gym allowance, FSA, in office meals :)

I was interviewed by senior members of the team, which I appreciated. I have really believed that everyone in management is interested in keeping the teams taken care of.

I was interviewed by senior roles in the company, for a JR role, That meant leadership is also involved in hiring everyone, they want to make sure the right people come in, and no rotten apples are able to slide into the great culture they have worked hard to create.
