What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is really enthusiastic about the company, the industry, and our products. This spirit is addictive and spread all over. While aiming for excellence, it is well felt that the leadership cares about the employees and will do anything possible for them.

First and foremost I believe that my base salary is fair. We also monthly refunds for commute, gym, and now home office supplies. We also get stock options that hopefully will be worth a lot one day. Above all every time you reach a milestone they give you some sort of bonus.

They are hungry and will do anything to succeed. My team specifically is very mature, career-oriented, and doesn't settle for anything less than exemplary work. I particularly like the fact that they have a good sense of self-judgement and that's how they keep on improving.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The way HR supported me throughout the process explaining to me what is my status and what is expected from me. In addition, the kindness of the hiring managers was great.
