If you show that you are trying and eager to success someone will make sure to pick you up when you are down.
What makes you most happy at work?
The chance to impact the company's current business and future. When you do something well you get gratitude quite quickly and see the impact in the company's numbers
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet many members of the team during the interview. It was tiring but I got a good sense of what I am dealing with and was able to make a better decision of whether to work at Fyber or not.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are hungry and will do anything to succeed. My team specifically is very mature, career-oriented, and doesn't settle for anything less than exemplary work. I particularly like the fact that they have a good sense of self-judgement and that's how they keep on improving.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent, creative and will never let the company fail. They are honest and truly care about the employees and in most offices there's a family-like vibe even when we are all working remotely. They make a lot of great strategic decisions and set us up for success
What is the best part about your compensation package?
First and foremost I believe that my base salary is fair. We also monthly refunds for commute, gym, and now home office supplies. We also get stock options that hopefully will be worth a lot one day. Above all every time you reach a milestone they give you some sort of bonus.
