COllaborating with my manager and team mates.

The flexibility of our PTO, the great maternity/paternity leave.

They are very approachable, no open door policy needed here.

The constant interaction with all the other offices around the world.

I love the flexibility of unlimited PTO, compensation is just and in range of my area of work.

the fact that the company goes above and beyond to make sure we work hard and play hard.

It's the team, my manager is a person who constantly challenges me but with care and my career growth in mind.

The HR team has so many positive campaigns/activities happening all the time. We work hard, but they also make sure we play hard .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Especially now after the acquisition, I feel like they are paying much more attention to our needs. Understanding where we land in all of it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is great, with all of the basics like medical/dental/vision, but also really cool ones like parking $, gym allowance, FSA, in office meals :)
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by senior members of the team, which I appreciated. I have really believed that everyone in management is interested in keeping the teams taken care of.

I was interviewed by senior roles in the company, for a JR role, That meant leadership is also involved in hiring everyone, they want to make sure the right people come in, and no rotten apples are able to slide into the great culture they have worked hard to create.
