That their is no raise evaluation . So if your wondering why you have been with the company for 2 years and still make the same as when you started.,you are not alone. They do not offer raises. You have to bring it to their attention and maybe they will look into it

Ones who are loyal to their clients. It is harder for some clients to ever trust anyone into their home and are always on edge wondering if their being stole from or taken advantage of because that what they have already dealt with. So be honest,loyal,on time. And be their because you care and not just for the paycheck
