What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very nice and friendly and helpful
They understand your issues and are willing to help the elderly right away
The great communication they have
Not to much when I have any sort of questions or problem I can never get a hold of anyone and even leave messages for a call back that never happens
Thoughtful and caring as long as I have been employed there
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping employees that no longer work there and be professional and polite if you don't like your job you don't need to work there I called being nice but she was very rude so I had to say something
Professionalism, respect to employees. Don't treat your employees like if they disrespectful like the animals.

That I will get benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My work experience is worth more than what they pay me. I go above and beyond and yet to see a pay increase or my bonus

Not getting paid the right hours for 20 months. I am tired of calling, sending email's and not fixing the problem.

Everyone is so understanding and do what they can to help if you have a problem
The most positive thing about the environment is you feel at home and secure in your surroundings and the company you keep they are perfect in their attempts to make you right at home

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast and easy
There wasn't a bunch of nonsense questions
communication was great i understood what to do and i got hired.
It didn't make me feel nervous. I was comfortable with her.
Nothing at all because there was no interveiw
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It took them weeks to set up an interview. I had to keep calling them bc they never called me
To actually schedule if there any problematic work scheduling such as Clock In's, I believe that if there's issues that a meeting should take place so that we can all work together and maintain ours pay and ensure that the client needs are being met and to make sure that everything is safe and going
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping the elderly with there day activities
I get to work for my mom and my best friend
Helping others with whatever it is they need

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The employees should be working with clients and providers to help needs up on both individuals to maintain that everything is smooth and doable for both emplyee and client
Paid correct hours that a care provider works.
