Learning something new, contributing to work that feels important - like it's making a difference for someone.

I love my team, and I really like most of the employees at InsideTrack. They're just a really good bunch of people who care about making the world a slightly better place.

The interview was fine - I made a great connection with the hiring managers. It's a little hard to conceptualize what the company does during the interview process, but that might be a function of job searching more than anything else.

Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?

HR seems to have some big ideas about what "market-value" means, despite the fact that employees are more empowered than ever to go out and find similar jobs to compare compensation with. Sorry, but encouraging remote work doesn't mean you should replace regular raises and COL increases.

O que você mais gosta nos lideres?

The leadership is truly a kind group of people, who seem to value transparency and good employee experiences. They are however, exceptionally white and mostly highly affluent and they do a little bit of talking without walking. They seem reluctant to admit when they've made poor operating decisions.
