Excellent company, great mission and vision, but coaches which are the core product of the company are grossly underpaid. not a living wage
I like working at InsideTrack. We have a nice office, great people, and work that provides a sense of purpose. They really need to take a hard look at compensation - many people are so underpaid, they've left in recent years. Seems like remote work is used as a catchall benefit to avoid change.
