Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?HR seems to have some big ideas about what "market-value" means, despite the fact that employees are more empowered than ever to go out and find similar jobs to compare compensation with. Sorry, but encouraging remote work doesn't mean you should replace regular raises and COL increases.
