What do you like best about the leadership team?
Positive, proactive, transparent with goals and finances
The leadership is truly a kind group of people, who seem to value transparency and good employee experiences. They are however, exceptionally white and mostly highly affluent and they do a little bit of talking without walking. They seem reluctant to admit when they've made poor operating decisions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits, FSA, good amount of PTO

Growth- minded, innovative, collaborative team
I love my team, and I really like most of the employees at InsideTrack. They're just a really good bunch of people who care about making the world a slightly better place.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Growth oriented, place trust in the individual to create/implement change, but also team-minded
What did you like most about the interview process?
They asked the right questions, and saw my potential
The interview was fine - I made a great connection with the hiring managers. It's a little hard to conceptualize what the company does during the interview process, but that might be a function of job searching more than anything else.
What makes you most happy at work?
Work from home, positive team mates, the work itself
Learning something new, contributing to work that feels important - like it's making a difference for someone.
