I met with several individuals in leadership roles. Interviews were not intense and I felt like I was having a real conversation versus being interrogated.

We all work hard and feed off each other's success. I can count on them when I need assistance in problem solving and can ask advice on best practices they have learned through their successes.

Hard work is recognized and rewarded. Very happy with my salary and bonuses that are offered. Health plan has improved greatly since I started. This was a concern addressed to our CEO who clearly listened and made the right improvements.

I enjoy the fact that their is never a dull moment. I am always comfortably busy, and know that I have the support of my co-workers in the event I am struggling. Leadership has set their expectations and allow me to succeed without being micromanaged.

Our leadership team has high expectations, however, they recognize and reward good work. They have an open door policy and can be approached to discuss anything without having to schedule a meeting first. They listen to employee concerns, do everything they can to address concerns fairly.

Everyone is very dedicated to their work. At the same time, company events are planned to reward our hard work which helps boost morale and allows us to interact outside of the work space. Everyone is family oriented and leadership is respectful of the personal/work life balance.
