We are free to work from home without having to punch a clock. We are recognized as adults who are trusted to do our work without continuous oversight.

We expect management to supply the big visions we do not expect micromanagement. Tell us what you want, then get out of the way. You might be surprised by our ingenuity. Workloads can be overwhelming at times, hire more people.

We get all federal holidays off with pay.

I receive raises every year based on my performance review.

Compensation package is very fair.

Hard work is recognized and rewarded. Very happy with my salary and bonuses that are offered. Health plan has improved greatly since I started. This was a concern addressed to our CEO who clearly listened and made the right improvements.

The medical benefits could be better but try to do the best with what they have available.

Comparable wages at other companies for similar work is higher. The benefits are bare bones.

We are all one big family

Work well together and great teamwork.

We are very much team oriented. Any one person on our team would jump in to help someone else with their work at any given time. We ask for help and receive help when we ask. We try to build each other up not tear each other down or blame others for our mistakes.

Everyone has a professional attitude, but is also personable and flexible. Teamwork is valued and encouraged.

communication between departments could improve. We could use more discussion about best practices and process workflows and work to ensure everyone is aware of and following them.

There's no Bureaucracy. Everyone has an opportunity to ask questions and give suggestions for any changes. We have frequent potlucks and celebrate events like the Superbowl etc.

Direct supervisor is very supportive.

We all know that the bottom line in any company is profit but in our company that feeling is tempered by having done a good job to get that profit. Our workmanship is as important as our compensation. Tools are put in place to help us to do our jobs to the best of our ability.

The environment is always positive and the company is always having events to support the community

Our culture is very open through all levels of management and across all teams. I feel everybody is very respectful, and everybody's contributions are valued.

I got to meet with most of the leadership. They were friendly and easy to talk to.

It was over 6 years ago but from what I recall, it was the friendliness of the people.
