What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet with most of the leadership. They were friendly and easy to talk to.
It was over 6 years ago but from what I recall, it was the friendliness of the people.
It is informal and not at all intimidating.
Very friendly and detailed about work expectations.
I met with several individuals in leadership roles. Interviews were not intense and I felt like I was having a real conversation versus being interrogated.
That I was able to show my skills.
The manager himself interviewed me and he was very personable. After coming to work for him, I saw that he was exactly the same kind of person that had interviewed me. He hadn't put on any act.
